Project Progress: The Edition Clubhouse

Progress continues on site of The Edition with the expansion of three additional multi-family buildings and a clubhouse. The clubhouse, anticipated to be complete January 2021 is quickly advancing with interior walls receiving their first coats of paint. In the coming weeks, flooring and finishes will be installed, meanwhile exterior stone and siding is quickly progressing.

The Edition residents will soon enjoy the clubhouse complete with amenities aimed to maximize enjoyment and convenience. The clubroom features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and pendant lighting which opens up to a patio with a fire pit and grilling station – a perfect place for entertaining.

A community destination, the space also includes a complimentary coffee bar, conference room, fitness center, and game area complete with pool table, dart board, ski ball, and Pac-Man arcade game. With staggered completion dates beginning in May 2021, The Edition’s three additional multi-family buildings continue to progress, with the foundation of the final structure being poured.
