Enclave has officially broken ground on Asher Apartments, a new multifamily community in Nampa, ID, marking the company’s expansion into the Boise metro area. A fully integrated real estate investment firm, Enclave will lead the project through development and construction and will oversee property management, with plans for 299 units across ten buildings.
Located at 17051 N. Blackmore Lane, the community is near the popular intersection of Cherry Lane and N. Can Ada Road. This prime location near I-84 offers residents seamless connectivity to the College of Western Idaho, and all the metro has to offer just 25 minutes away from downtown Boise.
