The Twin Cities Business Journal has named Enclave as one of the Top 10 Largest Developers, elevating the company to the 8th spot on the list, up two spots from 2022.
With over 2.31 million square feet developed in the region since 2021, the recognition reflects the company's substantial impact on the local real estate landscape. The list ranks developers in a 24-county metro area by total square feet broken ground between 2021 and 2023.
