Kipling Apartments | Brooklyn Park, MN
Pyramid Award: Multifamily Project Over $5 Million
Kipling Apartments was Enclave’s first project in Brooklyn Park, MN, and sixth in the Twin Cities metro. At over 200,000 square feet, the construction team broke ground on the 146-unit multifamily building in September 2021 and finished by February 2023, three months ahead of schedule.
A project marked by strong collaboration, the three-story building consists of apartment homes over underground heated parking. Adding to the community’s lifestyle-driven appeal, Kipling features a fitness and yoga studio, clubroom, sports simulator and private pool.
Center for Special Surgery | West Fargo, ND
Pyramid Award: Healthcare Project Over $5 Million
Center for Special Surgery is the flagship tenant located within River’s Bend Medical Center, a 90,000-square-foot medical office building. A connected suite of medical services, the building is located off I-94 and Veterans Boulevard in West Fargo, ND.
Center for Special Surgery is a 30,000-square-foot surgery center offering the region’s most advanced outpatient surgical facility with fully equipped operating rooms and private recovery space. Requiring nearly 140,000 on-site labor hours, the project broke ground on August 1, 2021, and welcomed its first patients 22 months later.
Sign Solutions USA | Fargo, ND
Merit Award: Industrial Over $5 Million
A new client to Enclave, Sign Solutions USA is one of eight companies housed under Dakota Fence Company (DFC). The company celebrated its 50th year in business the same year as moving into their new and expanded building. Enclave constructed a 100,000-square-foot building to house specialized equipment for printing custom large-scale traffic and commercial signage. As an expert in large industrial builds, Enclave focused on understanding the client’s vision to help grow their business, customizing a high-quality product that would support both current and future needs.
