A vision for a community inspired by the past and designed for the future was set forth in 2021 when Enclave introduced plans for The Rye at Tillstone, a 212-unit apartment home community with a standalone amenity-rich clubhouse just south of 52nd Ave and I-29 in the south Fargo.
