Enclave Announces Plans for Multifamily Project in Plymouth, MN

Enclave's newest endeavor, The Brooks, is planned to break ground in June 2023. The unified real estate investment firm is acquiring an 11.3-acre site at the NW corner of Nathan Lane and 56th Ave N in Plymouth, MN. Developed, constructed and managed by Enclave, The Brooks will include 219 apartments homes, adding to the company’s growing portfolio in the Twin Cities metro, with 10 completed projects since 2019.

“The site and community checked all the boxes for our team. Plymouth has shown growth and resiliency, with a strong workforce and local businesses,” said Josh Wilcox, president of development & investments. “We look forward to partnering with the city to deliver a unique property that matches the area’s growth and rental housing demand.”

Enclave is partnering with Kass Wilson Architects, based in the Twin Cities, on the building design which includes studio, one, two and three-bedroom units. The Brooks will include a large array of all-inclusive community amenities with an on-site business center, fitness and yoga studio, underground parking and sports simulator.

“The Brooks is designed to provide spaces for people to gather, entertain and focus on wellness,” said Donna Smith, president of property management. “Our team has a constant pulse on the rental market. The ability to share valuable resident feedback in real-time with our development and construction teams is how we focus on and prioritize the resident experience.”

Enclave is estimating an 18-month construction period and a tentative completion in late 2024.
