The 130-unit community broke ground in June 2021 and was completed in January 2023. Quickly rising as a sought-after residence for renters.

The milestone reflects the commitment to providing thriving spaces in Moorhead. In October 2022, Enclave redeveloped the strip mall directly in front of The Emery now called Southmoor Square. The upgraded retail mall has space for up to six tenants across 48,908 SF. It’s currently home to Murphy's Pub and will soon include Jersey Mike’s. There are currently two pending leases in negotiation, leaving two available tenant spaces. 

Just across 8th Street, Enclave broke ground on Compass Apartments. The project started with the demolition of the vacant Days Inn Motel. The 93-unit community is projected to be complete and ready to welcome new residents in early 2024.
