Enclave Celebrates The Groundbreaking of Noble, Joins City of Bloomington with New Multifamily Community
Enclave has broken ground on a new redevelopment project in Bloomington at 8200 Humboldt Ave S. The site of a former office building will be transformed into Noble, a new 149-unit multifamily community. Located near major employers and amenities along the I-35W and I-494 corridor, the building boasts plentiful nearby shopping, dining and recreational activities, complemented by on-site conveniences including a 24/7 fitness studio, clubroom, business center, enclosed parking, 24/7 mini market and more.

Designed in collaboration with Kaas Wilson Architects, the building’s interiors feature a modern take on retro design with shapes and patterns influenced by the 1970s. Open concept living, geometric shapes and a natural palette come together to create an environment that is both interesting and practical.
The building is set to be finished in early 2024 and will be Enclave’s seventh Twin Cities based project completed since their entrance to the market in 2019.
