Enclave Expands Uptown & Main Development With New Mixed-Use Building

Enclave is expanding its development at Uptown & Main along Veterans Boulevard in South Fargo with a second mixed-use building that broke ground on Friday, June 18. Lyv at Uptown & Main will feature 4,900 SF of first-level retail space with 110 apartment homes above, complementing the live, shop and dine atmosphere of Uptown & Main.

The new 155,000 SF building will join Plaza Azteca, Caribou Coffee, Gunderson’s Jewelers, McAlister’s Deli, Curated by Trever Hill Design, and the existing mixed-use Uptown & Main building as part of the expanding development.

“The area along Veterans corridor has seen tremendous growth and activity over the last few years and we’re incredibly proud to contribute to the vibrancy of the area through our development, Uptown & Main,” said Tim Gleason, Developer at Enclave.  “As community-minded placemakers, we aspire to cultivate a stronger, more connected and livable environment; Uptown & Main and its continued expansion exemplify this desire.”

Developed and constructed by Enclave and designed in collaboration with Fargo-based TL Stroh Architects, the class A building was carefully planned to allow for sheltered green space and multiple community patios. With a focus on the resident experience, the building offers club-level amenities on the top floor with 10-foot ceilings, rooftop patio and grill, ground level patio and fire pit, underground parking, bike room, fitness studio, and other conveniences designed to create an elevated living experience.

The project is expected to be complete in summer of 2022.
