Enclave continues to expand into the Twin Cities market with Fredrik Apartments, a 165-unit multi-family building that will consist of an underground parking garage, four stories of apartment homes and a variety of amenities. Enclave partnered with nationally recognized and award-winning architect firm ESG on the project.

The building design features centrally-located amenity spaces connecting the north and south ends of the building that open to a large outdoor terrace with a direct connection to the neighboring North Community Park.

Amenities at Fredrik include:

  • Expansive clubroom with golf/sports simulator

  • Rental office

  • Fitness and yoga studio

  • Community workspace

  • Pet spa

  • Bike storage

  • Secure package storage

  • Outdoor terrace with grill stations, fire pits and lounge seating

The project broke ground in November 2020 and is expected to be complete and turned over to Enclave Property Management in the summer of 2022.
