THE DECO
The site of a former and vacant city hall, Enclave reimagined the potential for the heart of downtown Shakopee with an 89-unit mixed-use building that not only maximized living and parking space with just over a half-acre of land, but did so with the resident, tenant and community experience top of mind. Taking into consideration Shakopee’s rich history, the building pairs exceptionally well with its Main Street environment and offers upscale amenities at an approachable price, increasing value to the revitalization of the community.
