Enclave Joins Brooklyn Park Community with New Multifamily Development, Kipling
Enclave, a fully integrated development, construction and property management firm headquartered in West Fargo, ND is building a new multifamily community in Brooklyn Park, Kipling Apartments.
The in-progress building is Enclave’s fifth project in the Twin Cities metro, adding to their multifamily and mixed-use portfolio of projects in Savage, Shakopee, Rogers and Maple Grove, MN, with a number of other developments planned for the suburbs of Richfield, Plymouth, and Bloomington, among others.

Kipling Apartments will be located at 5505 96th Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN and features 146 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with a variety of on-site conveniences designed to maximize resident comfort and convenience.

The building was designed in collaboration with Kaas Wilson Architects will include a 24/7 fitness studio, clubroom with entertainment area, outdoor amenity space, underground parking, bike storage, and pet spa. The luxury apartment homes will boast 9-foot ceilings, tile backsplash, upgraded cabinetry, wood-inspired flooring, and other handpicked finishes to create an elevated living space.

Kipling Apartments is scheduled to be complete in February 2023 and will be managed by Enclave Property Management which oversees more than 3,000 apartment homes across the upper Midwest and several commercial properties.
