Developed, constructed and managed by Enclave, Fredrik Apartments is a 165-unit multifamily building located in Rogers, Minnesota designed to elevate the resident experience. With its thoughtfully crafted interiors and amenities, and direct access to I94 and Highway 101, Fredrik puts the resident lifestyle first with its focus on style and convenience. The project broke ground in November of 2020 and was designed in collaboration with Minneapolis-based ESG Architecture.
