Enclave, a fully integrated development, construction and property management company has announced plans for the land south of Walmart on 52nd Ave in Fargo, ND. A masterplan for the development named Tillstone includes a mix of seven commercial lots for sale/build-to-suit and potential for six new multifamily buildings in this growing area of south Fargo.

The planned multi-family buildings are being designed in collaboration with Foss Architecture & Interiors and are inspired by the site’s prairie heritage, offering a modern take on today’s popular farmhouse design that’s well suited for the existing landscape.

Pitched roofs, classic white board and batten siding and brick accents are all elements of the modern, farmhouse-inspired apartment homes. The luxury buildings will be surrounded by a walking path with a standalone, amenity-filled clubhouse designed to maximize resident comfort and convenience.

Other apartment amenities include several practical spaces that act as an extension of one’s unit, offering room to gather, work, play and entertain. Underground parking, fitness studio, entertainment suite, outdoor fire pits and grill stations are all planned for the community at Tillstone.
