Enclave Expands Vibrant Uptown & Main development in Southwest Fargo
Enclave has expanded its development at Uptown & Main along Veterans Boulevard in southwest Fargo with a new mixed-use community, Lyv at Uptown & Main. Developed, constructed and managed by Enclave, Lyv features 4,900 SF of first-level retail space with 110 apartment homes above, complementing the live, shop and dine atmosphere of Uptown & Main.
The new community will join Plaza Azteca, Caribou Coffee, Gunderson’s Jewelers, McAlister’s Deli, Curated by Trever Hill Design, Niche Salon Studios, and the existing mixed-use Uptown & Main building as part of the expanding development.
Lyv’s modern apartment homes feature nine and ten foot ceilings, walk-in closets, hand-picked finishes, pendant lighting, and quartz countertops. The building was carefully planned to elevate the resident experience with its club-level amenities on the top floor, rooftop terrace, ground level private green space, underground parking, fitness studio and more community conveniences.
Lyv at Uptown & Main is now renting and will be welcoming residents home in December.
Enclave’s third development at Uptown & Main, The Lane, is now under construction. The 17,417 SF single-story commercial building will have space for up to nine tenants, and offers a vibrant community with a strong on-site consumer base for businesses in the heart of Uptown & Main.
Surrounded by new residential neighborhoods, some of the metro’s largest employers, and other commercial businesses, Uptown & Main puts residents, tenants and visitors in the middle of the fastest growing area of town with convenient access to I-94.
The Lane is now leasing, and is projected to be complete in spring 2023.
