Enclave Celebrates New Home Office & A Decade of Business
Enclave recently celebrated its new home office in West Fargo with a ribbon-cutting and open house event on Thursday, September 30.
The grand opening of Enclave’s new home office comes on the heels of celebrating a decade of creating spaces, building communities and teamwork. Since its inception in 2011, the Fargo-based, mission-driven company has been focused on creating spaces that inspire others to do their best work and live their best life with projects in ND, SD, the Twin Cities metro and beyond.
Designed, developed, constructed and managed by Enclave, the 86,200 SF building includes three stories of modern office space matched by a variety of amenities. Enclave occupies the entire third floor with KLJ occupying space on floor one and part of two. Additional space for lease is available on the second floor.
The building provides space for Enclave’s expanding team, which has grown from a two-person start up to more than 100 team members over the last decade. The space was intentionally designed to provide team members, tenants and guests with a variety of workspaces and experiences, with a seamless connection to the outdoors that’s complemented by the site’s riverscape setting.
“As developers and builders with a passion for injecting creativity into all of our projects, our new home office was an opportunity to showcase the talents of our team,” said Austin Morris, Co-Founder & CEO of Development. “To maximize this, we not only wanted a site that offered convenience and great visibility, but that also provides a picturesque setting.”
Co-Founders Morris & Meland kept a silo and quonset on-site, remnants of the former Rustad farmstead, as a tribute to the people that once farmed the land. The agrarian landscape also inspired the building’s design.
“We chose to infuse the building with a combination of natural materials that bring a sense of heritage and mixed them with exposed ceilings and modern artwork to create an environment that inspires all who visit,” said Ben Meland, Co-Founder & CEO of Construction.
Conveniently located off I-94 and Veterans Boulevard, the building will bring over 200 team members across three organizations into one space. The Company is currently developing and building its neighbors to the east, including the new Center for Special Surgery medical campus currently under construction and the future site of the Dakota Medical Foundation Campus, which is expected to break ground in 2022.
